On the sunny side of the valley, Cordillera Valley Club is a gated community offering privacy, convenience and plenty of amenities.   Just 7 minutes to Arrowhead, and about 10 minutes to Bachelor Gulch and Beaver Creek, Cordillera Valley Club is a community that features more convenient access to the valley than its sister communities at higher elevations, while also offering residents the same privacy and exclusivity.   Views of rugged New York Mountain and the Sawatch Mountain Range to the south over Lake Creek create a unique viewpoint from just about anywhere in Cordillera Valley Club. The rest of the homes are estate homes ranging from 4,500 to 8,500 square feet on half-acre or larger home sites.   It’s a relatively small area with an easy-going resort town feel. You’ll find owners and guests snowshoeing or cross-country skiing across the golf course in the winter, and walking with neighbors, friends and dogs throughout the year along the paths.
